2026 International Student Job Fair Preparation and Participation Program
 
In response to the growing interest among international students in employment opportunities in Korea after graduation, as well as employment with Korea-related companies after returning to their home countries, this program is designed to strengthen students’ job competitiveness and support successful career planning.
We encourage all interested students to participate.
1. Program Information
 - Program Title: 2026 International Student Job Fair Preparation and Participation Program
 - 1st Training
     - Date: May 26, 2026 (Tue), 10:00 AM ? 3:00 PM
     - Venue: Room 512, Westminster Graduate School of Theology
 - 2nd Training
     - Date: May 27, 2026 (Wed), 10:00 AM ? 3:00 PM
 - On-site Participation
     - Date: June 2, 2026
     - Venue: COEX Hall B and Conference Room
     - Lunch: Provided
 - Eligibility: International Students (Maximum 20 participants)
 - Fee: Free (Fully supported by the university)
2. Program Content
     - Registration on the official International Student Job Fair website and online pre-registration
     - Guidance on required documents and materials for the job fair
     - Overview of employment status and job-seeking pathways for international students (E-7-1, F-2-7, etc.)
     - Understanding the Korean job market and employment information for international students
     - Preparation and editing of job application documents tailored for the job fair
     - Completion of a customized self-introduction using job competency keywords
     - Effective writing of:
               - Personal background
               - Strengths and weaknesses
               - Academic and work experiences
               - Career highlights and notable achievements
               - Motivation for application and future goals
     - Inclusion of detailed connections between personal competencies, interests, and desired career field
     - Finalization of resume and submission to up to 10 companies per participant
     - Pre-submission of resumes for on-site interview applications and reservations
     - Finalization of application documents and provision of individual feedback
     - Practical interview simulation and feedback
     - Guidance on interview responses based on the D-10 job-seeking activity plan
     - Strategies for answering questions related to:
               - Korean language proficiency
               - Attitude and diligence
               - Individual strengths and skills
     - Practice for additional questions based on completed documents
      - Review of application status and final Q&A session
     - Participation in the 2026 International Student Job Fair (COEX Hall B and Conference Room)
     - 1:1 consultation with HR representatives based on pre-submitted resumes
     - Participation in practical interviews using submitted application documents
     - Individual interviews with companies seeking to hire international students
     - Exploration of company recruitment information, preferences, and job-related qualifications
     - Understanding Korean corporate culture and detailed employment information
     - On-site interviews and job-related consultations with HR managers
     - Opportunities related to:
               - D-2 part-time work
               - Short-term internships
               - D-10 internships
               - E-7-1 full-time employment
3. Application Method
Please complete and submit the application form by the deadline.
 - Application Deadline: May 19, 2026 (6:00 PM)
4. Important Notes
 - Participants must attend all components: the 1st training, 2nd training, and on-site participation.
 - If the number of applicants exceeds the limit, priority will be given to students in their 3rd semester or above.
 - Please make sure to join the training sessions before the scheduled start time.
