The Operation of a Personalized Student Consultation Support System

In order to provide more systematic and efficient student support, we would like to inform you of a change in the management of consultations and inquiries for international students.

1. Changes in Operation Method

Previously, consultations and inquiries were conducted through individual one-on-one KakaoTalk messages.

Going forward, one dedicated KakaoTalk team chat room will be established for each student to provide integrated consultation, academic guidance, and administrative support.

※ Individual team chat rooms will be created sequentially. Students whose chat rooms have been established will receive further instructions through their respective chat room.

2. Purpose of Operation

 - To systematically manage each student’s consultation history and prevent omissions

 - To provide prompt guidance on important matters such as academics, visas, registration, and scholarships

 - To ensure accurate and efficient administrative processing through information sharing among staff members

 - To strengthen administrative transparency and accountability by maintaining consultation records

3. Important Notice

 - From now on, all consultations and inquiries will be conducted through the designated KakaoTalk team chat room.

 - General announcements will continue to be delivered through the main group chat room and the Global Education Center website, as before.

 - To ensure smooth communication, please provide clear and detailed information when making inquiries. In addition, except in urgent situations, we kindly ask that you refrain from contacting staff outside of office hours.
